Stress is the most important reason that affects your sleeping quality, why?

Like when you were in a junior or high school student, there were many exams during a day or a week, or your parents cared your grade so much, and we all know, if we want to study in a good school, we needed to study hard, therefore, we went to cram school everyday.

So you had stressful then could’t slept very well.

 

Like me, when I was a high school student, I had important exam, it mattered my grade that could decide me to get the good university or not, as a result, I had seriously insomnia till my exam ended.

 

And another thing is certainly the work, in Japan, they work long hour a day, why so I say this?

Because their medicine developed so much and famous in the world, but why?

The reason probably is they having lots of stress, so they create useful medicine to cure them, I totally agree with it.

 

But how can you cure your sleeping problems?

Many advice can be better to you, like doing SPA, exercises and going to travel or drinking a bit alcohol, what’s more is tell someone your worries or find a doctor.

Probably is useful for you, don’t escape your sleeping problems, because it affects your life deeply.
