A insta pokémon acc  @viince shows on my feed randomly but it could shape my whole perspective in animecommunity. you can see there’s full of pokémon plushes there and this guy got married as well. you may wonder how old is he or be so surprised his behavior is opposite to age. 

I mean, animanga or collect anime merchandise seem like a childish thing or people always don’t understand what you do. anime could be a disputed issue as well, because there’s still a lot people hate anime and treat it like pointless stuff. 

I can take an example, if someone says his/hers hobby is playing golf or investing stocks or any finance or cooking, then people must recognize it and say they’re awesome. it seems reasonable and everything is fine 

but if you tell someone you love to read/watch anime so much and especially over 25+, people probably think you’re addictive them a lot and should quit a bit. also find you’re an unrealistic person, especially you say you love duality characters. should I act more mature or do I deserve to be treated like a weirdo? can you tell the difference?? 

I know anime is more popular than before but I think it refers to those famous works. like Haikyuu or spy family or one piece or AOT and it means not watch it frequently. mostly people only watch it once half a year etc. but in term of reading/watching animanga frequently, it could be like bad hobbies in stereotypes. 

but since I saw @viince, my mind is solid to what I love and never let people judge and steal what you love or give it up due to criticism; even if you’re not student or it’s no mainstream. I respect this guy so much and I can see every single joy in his each post.
