1. First step, add milk to the pot and heat it to 90 Celsius and then wait for 30 minutes. If you want to have thicker yogurt, wait for longer. Second step, stop heating the milk and then wait until it a temperature cools down to 44 Celsius. Third step, add the live bacteria into the processed milk. Forth step, wait the temperature gets down to 37 Celsius. And then wait for four hours for the live bacteria to grow. Fifth step, put the whole the pot into the fridge. Sixth step, add sugar and strawberries into the yogurt. Last step, pour the yogurt into small cups and then deliver these to the customers. Finally, these yogurts are released to the market.

This is the way which people how run yogurt business to manufacture yogurt. It is an easy way and low cost to make yogurt. The whole process of yogurt making is easy but it can bring a huge benefit back.

 

2. According to this table, people choose coffee and pastries to be their breakfast the most.

But for in linch and dinner time, people mostly have sandwiches. We can see that tea is the least selection for people. In tea time, people still choose coffee and pastries. It suppose to be a habit and culture of westerners. They always have a cup of coffee in the morning and then makes them feel energetic. In the lunch time, if people do not prepare their lunch box from home, they often grab something to eat, like sandwiches. Coffee is definitely an important beverage in western countries. 

 

3. From this sales, the average of the whole week, on Friday, people are willing to spend at restaurant the most, become on Friday night at the restaurant, the sales is the highest. However, as we can see on the weekend, sales gets lower than weekdays. In my opinion, this restaurant is in a downtown business district, so people decided to stay at home or go other places on the weekend. They do not choose to have linch and dinner in the business district, so this is the reason why the sales gets lower on the weekend. 

 

4. In 1985, most people have home cooking to eat the most. However, after every ten years, more and more people choose to have meal at restaurants. Percentage gets higher. Till 2015, it is half and half. Half people choose to have home cooking and half people choose to have meals on restaurants. Generally, there are many selections these days. Prepare home cooking needs to spending much time. Yet compare people spending budget on restaurants grows fast.

Another reason is convenient for people to buy and saves time. Anyhow, still half people choose to cook at home.
